Training - Modules
The modules of the first year deal with the resume of the central basic topics of the constellation work (1,3), with the phenomenological systemic attitude and the respective methodological approach (2), with important techniques and tools as well as with the preparation of the projects (4,5).
As for the modules of the 2nd year, their basic structure requires working from Fri-Sun on one topic / project guided by the respective leading trainer (project discussions, supervision, maybe constellations with representatives of the corresponding establishment, imparting knowledge), and from Mon–Tue, under our direction (Breuer / Nelles), on general topics (relation of the special topics to general questions like order, system, methodology etc., holistic relations, working on personal questions coming up from the project work) and / or treating abridged reports and questions from the other projects.
Part 1: 1st training year
Module 1: Orders of life, Conscience and Soul
- Introduction into the training

- Assignment of the System Constellation to Psychotherapy, sociology,Philosophy, counselling ...
- Orders in primary groups (families a.o.)
- Order and deviation, Order and freedom
- Guilt and innocence
- Practical introduction into rounds work
- Explanations of the project work
- Term paper
Module 2: Phenomenological-Systemic attitude and methods and other approaches
- Discussion of the term paper, clarification of questions from Module 1
- Suggestions and first conceptions for practical projects
- Definitions of concepts: System(ic), wholeness (holistic), phenomenological constructivist
- Solution orientation and abandonment of a solution
- Empathy und distance
- First interview
- Empty centre, fear and unintentionality
- Passivity – activity; non-doing and taking action
- Movements of the soul experienced by the group leader
Module 3: Love, Sexuality and Orders in couple relationships
- Concretisation and beginning of the projects
- The Male and the Female
- Mother’s son and fahter’s daughter
- Sexuality, love, intimacy
- Abortion
- Importance of the family of origin, loyalties, value conflicts and new orientations
- The private und the public
Module 4: Birth and Interrupted Reaching-Out Movement (Primal work by means of the constellation method)
- Constellation of the birth process
- Transgenerational birth traumas, their importance for one’s own maternity and their solution
- Particularities of the work with youngsters
- Reaching-out movement in the case of Caesarean births
We recommend this module above all as a continuing training for those dealing professionally with the matter of birth (midwives, physicians, counsellors).
Module 5: Orders in organisations / Constellations in the business world
- Project work as it stands, constellations for projects in the business sector
- Systemic differences: Company - Authority - Association (non profit) – Family
- Introduction into the business world; presentation, language and style
- Orders in organisations

- Clarification of the mission
- Professional and private affairs
Part 2: 2nd training year
Module 6-10: Pedagogical work (youngsters, youth welfare service, school)
